Rachel's date with soap hunk has Ross in a funk.  Ross is horrified to learn that Rachel is headed out on a date with a handsome soap hunk (Johnny Messner)--especially when she's pregnant with his child.  Meanwhile, Phoebe is attacted to a cute, but klutzy sous-chef (Kevin Rahm)--and protests when Monica wants to fire him.  Elsewhere Chandler torpedoes the promotion of a distant co-worker (Chris Parnell), who's been mistakenly been calling him, "Toby" for years.
