Enrique is still no 1 in the UK with Hero, it's been 4 weeks now, but Westlife and Kylie release singles this week so i don't think he'll make it 5 weeks.

Linkin Park Oh, and this is the latest cover of the Rolling Stone. Sorry that I had to go that route, not that it's a bad magazine, I like it. But, I couldn't find any promo shots of Linkin Park. You would think at their "official" sites I would find something. But, no. And MTV's pix were "dated", Mike had bright red hair, and Chester has the bright blonde hair. Anyway...you probably have no idea what I'm talking about, but, these groups are doing well here. And this mag said that Kylie was No. 1 in the dance/club. So, hey, she is really on her way. |

Billboard has Linkin Park listed as being on their charts for 66 weeks! Wooohooo. Anyway, I bought it that long ago. No one knew who I was talking about and I guess that you don't know who I 'm talking about either. Currently their album is #3 on Billboard Chart. Creed is #2. Nickelback is #5. The Billboard Chart is what I usually look at to see how albums are doing. Anyway, their music videos are also done well. Sometimes the vid doesn't do anything for the song, sometimes the vid overpowers the song, the vids for these groups---done very well.  I wondered, does Sir Elton John release his music vids over at the UK before the states? Anywayyy, his latest one has Justin Timberlake (you know who he is, right?) as a younger "Elton John". I wondered if that was offensive or cool or what? It took me by surprise when I first saw it. What do you think? |

I thought it was really cool, i didn't recognize Justin at first, and i liked the I Want Love video ith Robert Downey Jnr.
Do you know a band called The Strokes? They've just won a Brit award, i know they're from New York.

I haven't heard anything about them. Sometimes a group goes international before hitting the states? I think 'NSync did that. And they had this huge fan base, meanwhile back here in the states, no one knew who 'NSync was. Or, it could also mean that I haven't heard any of the Strokes' songs play yet. Is there a music vid for any of their songs? And, I'll ask around. I got a friend that is soooo into music, he would know. He bought Hooberstank (I hope that is spelled the groups' name correct) and Linkin Park before anybody ever heard of them. So, I'll ask about some of the groups that you've mentioned. |

Well the Pop world is going crazy in the UK at the minute. ;D There has being a TV talent programme called Pop Idol which is coming to the U.S soon. Anyway the winner Will Young released his debut single on the 23rd of Feb and it looks like he is going to sell two million singles in a week. |

Oh, I just realized that I didn't list the official sites on all those groups that I talked about. Maybe that's why you didn't notice that I mentioned Nickelback. Maybe we should start separate categories for all those cool groups? Anyway, the reason why Linkin Park and Nickelback has a great following is because the entire CD is great....I love all the songs.
Well, let me know if we should start separate threads on those groups, I'll list the Official Site URLs later.

Nickelback are in the top ren here now. Alica Keyes has played at The House of Commons. Just wondered whether it is true that Britney and Justin have broke up. If so let him know i'm free saturday.
