Hi just wanted to let you know i'm a newbie. I'm 14 and lives in the USA. my b-day is may 19. So i'll be 15 soon and able to get my permit. ;D  |

hey--i am new 2!! i have a question--what state do you live in that you can get your permit at 15? cause most of them are 16.

I live in Texas and we can get ours at 15 still i think i'll find out in May when my B-day is i'll be 15 then
